Introduction
Not Fully Developed is a British serial Comedy drama that follows the growing up of Ed Cameron, an immature, twenty-one-year-old, and his three hopeless school friends, Matt Allen, Tom Barter and Billy "Tickles" Joyce. The story stems from the common fear among young people today of leaving school and entering the adult world.

The first eight episodes follow the Boys’ immediate reaction to newfound adult life as they begin to navigate their way through a time of uncertainty, fear and anxiety, as for the first time, they all gain responsibility and are forced to pave their own paths rather than blindly following the one that has always been set in stone for them.

They all quickly learn that their childish antics now have real-world repercussions, not only in the working world but also in their relationships with each other, as tensions arise when they start becoming responsible at different speeds with conflicting beliefs.
Synopsis
Ed Cameron, an annoyingly short, cheeky, 21-year-old, recently graduated from university and has just moved to London. However, he has absolutely no idea what he wants to do with his life. Since graduating, he has opted to spend his days messing around down the pub with his best mates, Matt Allen, Tom Barter, and Billy Joyce, or as they call him, “Tickles,” and watching television while ingesting copious amounts of taramasalata with just about anything he can find.
All is well, and Ed is seemingly content with his post-university lifestyle until, one mid-afternoon, after a heavy night on the beers with boys, Ed is abruptly awoken by a phone call from his Father, who informs him that ‘the bank of Mummy & Daddy’ is closed, and it’s time, he grew up and became an independent adult.
Despite his initial pontificating, Ed starts job hunting with the hope of discovering his unique place in the world. It's not until he bumps into Lily Hughes, an aspiring writer and old friend from school, who Ed was head over heels for, that he finally starts to mature into a fully developed adult... or so we are led to believe.
