Not Fully Developed Announces Principal Cast and Creative Team

With principal photography set to begin on 24th August 2026, Not Fully Developed is delighted to announce its cast and principal crew.

Mia Jenkins stars as Lily Hughes, alongside Christian Stevens as Ed Cameron, Louis Ashbourne Serkis as Matt Allen, Anthony J. Abraham as Tom Barter, Jude Morgan-Collie as Billy “Tickles” Joyce, and Tim Downie as Rick Campbell.

They are joined by Niky Wardley, Delroy Atkinson, Sally Scott, Rob Ostlere, Jessen Arronachellum, Keshav Shree and Luca Vignali.

The comedy pilot follows a group of underdeveloped school friends navigate the challenges of adult life in London as they struggle to find their unique place in the world and mature into fully developed adults.

Not Fully Developed is written & directed by Christian Stevens and produced by Tom Dixon & Christian Stevens, with Charlie Jenkins serving as Director of Photography, Isabel Pirillo as Production Designer, Isabelle Cook as Costume Designer, Emily Jacobs as Casting Director, and Ethan Jeffrey composing the original score.
